Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Sensorium Tech LLC. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@sensorium-tech.com.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, company name (if you enter it) and your message.

Our hosting provider records technical request data such as IP address, browser type and time of the request in server logs. We use it only to keep the site secure and working. When you open the site without choosing a language, our hosting and network providers derive your country from the IP address so that visitors from Ukraine see the Ukrainian version first. We do not store that information.

Why we use it

We use the contact details and message to read and answer your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

The legal basis is the consent you give by sending the form, the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, Article 11; Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR where it applies).

Cookies and analytics

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site sets one functional cookie, “locale”, only when you switch language, so that we remember your choice. It contains no personal data.

Service providers

The site is hosted on a server of DigitalOcean, LLC and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. Form messages are delivered by email through Resend, Inc., which keeps a copy of each message for a limited time, and are stored in our business email account with our email provider. These companies act as processors on our behalf and may process data outside Ukraine, including in the United States and the European Union, under contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for up to two years after our last correspondence, unless the law requires a longer period. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@sensorium-tech.com and we will reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
